Saab 9-3 BioPower

The Saab 9-3 Convertible, Sport Saloon and SportWagon – three quite different cars with a common spirit. Whichever is your favourite, you can enjoy it with the new inspiring 1.8t BioPower engine. Fuel it with bioethanol (E 85) and maximum power output rises from 150 to 175 PS. Torque is increased from 240 to 265 Nm. So while you do nature a favour, you can also count on even faster engine response for more fun and quicker overtaking.

Saab 9-5 BioPower

The Saab 9-5 offers a truly responsive driving experience. With the 2.0t BioPower engine you can enjoy even more performance. Drive it on bioethanol and output rises from 150 to 180 PS. If you want even more performance, choose the Saab 9-5 2.3t BioPower. Fill it up with bioethanol (E 85) and output grows from 185 to 210 PS. So do nature a favour and you’ll enjoy a better engine response and even more driving excitement.

• The 9-5 BioPower 2.0t Saloon can leap from zero to 60 mph in just 8.5 seconds (with petrol only: 9.8 seconds)

• Saab 9-5 BioPower is capable of raising bhp by 20% and torque by 25%

• The 2.3t Saloon zooms from zero to 60 mph in under 7.6 seconds
